These days our national sovereignty seems to be under attack from all sides, including the inside.
Once our sovereignty—our ability to govern ourselves as an independent nation—is lost, so too are our Constitutional rights! By accepting the authority of a higher form of government, such as a world government (the aim of the UN) the laws of this higher government will supplant the laws of our nation, including our Constitution. We can say “goodbye” to the liberties we have taken for granted, as guaranteed by the Bill of Rights, including freedom of speech, freedom of religion, and the right to keep and bear arms (a major impediment to the aims of the globalists, as admitted by the globalists themselves.)
The most immediate threat to American sovereignty is the North American Union, which will combine the U.S., Canada and Mexico into one nation-state, just as the participating nations in Europe have been forged into the European Union. President Obama has made the North American Union a top priority, as did Bush before him. Obama’s refusal to defend our border with Mexico is a calculated and ruthless part of that plan.
Another immediate and dangerous threat to US sovereignty is the United Nations, which since its inception has had world governance as its objective. This past Labor Day weekend, UN Secretary General Ban ki-Moon, and about 60 of his top lieutenants, spent their weekend at a remote Austrian Alpine retreat, discussing ways to put the UN in charge of the world’s agenda. According to an exclusive Fox News report:
As one underlying theme of the sessions, the top U.N. bosses seemed to be grappling often with how to cope with the pesky issue of national sovereignty, which — according to the position papers, anyway — continued to thwart many of their most ambitious schemes, especially when it comes to many different kinds of “global governance.”
Not coincidentally, the conclave of bureaucrats also saw in “global governance” a greater role for themselves.
Along with planting a new flag in the field of international financial regulation, the U.N. chiefs also contemplated the further growth of the U.N. as the world’s policeman. As another paper notes, U.N. peacekeeping operations “will soon have almost 17,000 United Nations police officers serving on four continents” — little more than two years after establishing what one papers calls the institutions “Standing Police Capacity.”
Not only will we lose our Constitutional rights, but we will be subject to a police state that will insure that we don’t forget it!
Openly working for the demise of US sovereignty is an act of high treason on the part of Obama and the other members of the criminal gang in Washington, who all took an oath to preserve, protect and defend the Constitution! Impeachment is only the first step. High treason is punishable by life in prison or death.
